Legal English III (LE3)

Enhances students' proficiency in legal English with a particular focus on argumentation and debate skills. The course includes both language input and output training. It enhances students' skills in argumentation, negotiation, writing and speaking proficiency in legal English and improves their practical application of legal English through case studies and mock trials. Using the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) methodology, each session contributes to the overall learning outcomes, which include developing advanced legal argumentation skills, enhancing legal English writing proficiency, applying critical thinking and analytical skills in legal contexts, and demonstrating competence in oral advocacy through mock trials and oral assignments.
