Is designed to advance students' proficiency in basic legal English. This course emphasizes legal vocabulary, trial techniques, and the preparation of opening and closing statements. Students learn about legal systems, legal professionals, and criminal and civil litigation procedures in English. Through reading textbooks and engaging with selected listening materials, students become familiar with and can apply basic legal English in simulated court scenarios. LE2 aims to enhance legal English vocabulary and writing skills, cultivate logical abilities through evidence-based conclusions, and improve expression abilities through speech tasks, preparing students for practical and theoretical challenges in the legal environment.
