The ELC offers a wide variety of co-curricular activities intended to provide students with opportunities to pursue particular interests and at the same time enhance their English skills. These activities, led by faculty members, meet once a week in either the English Activities Center (EAC) or the Center for Independent Language Learning (CILL). They are open to all students of Shantou University—though some cater more to lower-level students and some to higher-level students.
