General course description: This course is the fourth course in an exceptional education program designed to help students to develop independent language learning skills, to reach an advanced level of specialized English-language competence suitable for international professional legal work and/or academic research, to develop a strong understanding of international standards, and to qualify as a lawyer in the PRC. GLE4 develops the ability, comfort and willingness to listen to, read, discuss, evaluate and analyze articles and arguments dealing with global and domestic issues.
