I found my passion in English teaching from my first working experience as an English teacher for young learners. After that, I was eager to find out how pedagogy can be varied regarding students from different age groups and diverse cultures, thus I had taught students whose age ranged from 2 to 40 before I finished my bachelor degree, additionally, I went to a Russian primary school to teach English for two months, which initiated my interest in intercultural factors in language education. In order to broaden my theoretical knowledge about SLA, I pursued my MA degree in TESOL (teaching English to speakers of other language) in the University of Edinburgh where I obtained systematic professional education to become a qualified English teacher. Moreover, I learned not only theories from books but also many anecdotes from my living experience in Scotland, which I would like to share with my students in order to develop their intercultural awareness.
